Scholarship CriteriaOne-year scholarships for students graduating from Rockford Senior High School who will be attending an accredited university, college, junior college or trade school. Students must be involved in at least one activity in school and demonstrate the abilities to be successful in post-secondary education. This scholarship is for students not necessarily at the top of their class.Give to the FundFinancial gifts to the Huisman Family Scholarship Fund with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa allows the Community Foundation to award financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. As the cost of tuition continues to rise, it is more important now than ever to diminish the barrier of affordability and allow students to focus on what is most important - their education.
