2020 Grant Impacts
The work of the Floyd County Community Foundation (FCCF) could not happen without our partnerships. The FCCF Governing Committee thanks our local nonprofit organizations, donors, fundholders, and other community stakeholders who help us strengthen Floyd County and make it a more vibrant place for everyone to live, work, and play!
While we aren't able to gather together in person to celebrate our 2020 grant awards, it is still important to us to recognize and share the impacts being made from the $104,104.94 in discretionary grant funding awarded to 20 nonprofit projects. Click here to view the list of grant recipients.
Watch the video below to hear from Charlie Newman, 2020 Chair of the Floyd County Community Foundation, about the grant-funded projects.
COVID-19 Disaster Response Fund
The Floyd County COVID-19 Disaster Response Fund provides support to organizations assisting in the response and recovery efforts of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The intent of the fund is to be responsive to nonprofits serving Floyd County that are providing basic needs services and organizations working with individuals and families who have been disproportionately impacted by the public health and economic consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
