Last March, the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa and other local funders responded with urgency to the COVID-19 crisis in Black Hawk County. This response was unprecedented in the scope of partnership and speed. Ultimately, more than $350,000 was granted to nonprofit agencies serving people disproportionately impacted by the pandemic.
