Your gift to the Trout Run Trail-Decorah Fund with the Winneshiek County Community Foundation will support the efforts of the Trails of Winneshiek (TOW) to build and maintain public recreation trails in Winneshiek County, most specifically the Trout Run Trail of Decorah.
