Scholarship Criteria
One-year scholarships for graduates of Black Hawk County high schools will be going into or currently attending Allen College, Hawkeye Community College, or the University of Northern Iowa and who demonstrate the abilities required to successfully complete the requirements of the institution chosen. Priority given to students demonstrating financial need and community service.
Give to the Fund
Financial gifts to the Waterloo Rotary: Fred Adams Scholarship Fund with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa allows the Community Foundation to award financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. As the cost of tuition continues to rise, it is more important now than ever to diminish the barrier of affordability and allow students to focus on what is most important - their education.
