Your gift to the Mark's Park Endowment Fund with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa will support the maintenance of Mark's Park at the RiverLoop area along the Cedar River in Waterloo. This fund was established by Rick and Cathy Young as a memorial from their family to their son Mark. By giving to this fund, you are allowing the park to continue to be a fun and safe place for all of its visitors.
