Scholarship Criteria
One-year scholarships to qualified congregation members of First Congregational Church in Waterloo, IA who are attending an accredited university, college, junior college, or trade school. Priority will be given to students who are pursuing a career in nursing or other areas of the medical field. To apply for this scholarship, contact the First Congregational Church.
Give to the Fund
Financial gifts to the Donna M. Koweil Scholarship Fund with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa allows the Community Foundation to award financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. As the cost of tuition continues to rise, it is more important now than ever to diminish the barrier of affordability and allow students to focus on what is most important - their education.
