The Jaspers Family Foundation Fund of Worth County is for the benefit of nonprofit organizations and government entities serving the residents of Worth County. Any capital projects, with capital defined as a fixed structure, must be located within Worth County boundaries. Other projects, for example, a mobile fixed asset not housed in Worth County, must travel in Worth County serving Worth County residents.
