Scholarship Criteria
One-year scholarships for students graduating from Grundy Center High School who will be attending an accredited university, junior college, trade school, or vocational school and who demonstrate the abilities required to successfully complete the requirements of the institution chosen. Students selected must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and have served their community through volunteer work. Preference should be given to students who demonstrate financial need. Give to the Fund
Financial gifts to the Irene A. Stout Endowment Fund with the Grundy County Community Foundation allows the Community Foundation to award financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. As the cost of tuition continues to rise, it is more important now than ever to diminish the barrier of affordability and allow students to focus on what is most important - their education.
