Scholarship Criteria
Two-year scholarships for students graduating from Cedar Falls High School with preference going to student who will be attending an accredited trade school. Preference goes to students who maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher and who demonstrate financial need and/or who maintain employment within their trade of interest while in high school.
Give to the Fund
Financial gifts to the Gary and Joyce Cawelti Scholarship Fund with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa allows the Community Foundation to award financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. As the cost of tuition continues to rise, it is more important now than ever to diminish the barrier of affordability and allow students to focus on what is most important - their education.
