Your gift to the Friends of the Waterloo Dog Park Fund with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa will help support the Waterloo Dog Park(s), specifically the Pat Bowlsby Off-Leash Dog Park. The 5-acre park is named for Pat Bowlsby, a volunteer who worked tirelessly to make the project come to life.
