Gifts to the Waterloo Elmwood Cemetery Endowment Fund, established by Charles J. Walker, with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa will help the Waterloo Elmwood Cemetery Association with preservation, beautification, and maintenance of the cemetery, keeping the cemetery respectfully enjoyable for all visitors.
