About Brave Leadership
Responding to a leadership skills gap in behavioral health, Brave Leadership is an emerging 501(c)(3) statewide nonprofit leadership development organization guided by its mission to equip the behavioral health workforce with evidence-based resources and practices. By supporting and strengthening the leadership development of behavioral health providers, Brave Leadership promotes positive outcomes and advances the quality of services delivered by these organizations.
Because empowered leaders are equipped to empower other individuals, Brave Leadership’s comprehensive, evidence-based strategies create ripples of positive change through the alignment of a leader’s head, heart, and habits. With the vision for a world of empowered leaders creating sustainable transformative results, Brave Leadership collaborates with statewide networks of nonprofit agencies providing services that address substance misuse and promote mental health to educate organizational leaders at every level.
