The Active Senior Citizens of Algona, Inc. is committed to helping others and focuses on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.
A variety of activities are offered at the Algona Senior Center, including bingo, cards, stretch exercise, membership coffees, devotionals, crafts, and holiday parties. Also several musical groups and other programs have been scheduled to provide entertainment for everyone. Many educational and informational programs are presented throughout the year to keep members informed of current events and opportunities available. Individuals can also enjoy our delicious home cooked noon meals in house or at home.
