CFNEIA Welcomes Shannon Melcher as Data Services and Donor Support Manager

The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa is excited to welcome Shannon Melcher to our staff as the Manager of Data Services and Donor Support. Shannon will focus on leading data management, processes, and research, while also serving as a catalyst for donors, nonprofits, and volunteers, to help increase our Foundation's impact in our communities.
"Throughout my years of nonprofit work, I've discovered that the intersection of data and customer service is where the greatest opportunity for impact can be found. I'm excited to be here at CFNEIA, where I feel I can continue building on my own growth in the nonprofit space, and promote the organizations and communities we care about," says Shannon.
Shannon brings a wide range of expeirence to CFNEIA, with her latest roles at Cedar Valley Catholic Schools and Cedar Valley Hospice. Shannon lives in Waterloo with her husband, Mark, and their 3 boys.
