Kessel Kids Childcare Endowment Fund Established with Community Foundation

Kessel Kids Childcare and Learning Center has established an endowment fund with the Howard County Community Foundation to support quality childcare and early childhood development in Cresco, Iowa.
“Kessel Kids Childcare promotes a fun, safe and educational learning environment and has established this endowment fund to provide a sustainable source of funding that will help us meet our community’s needs for generations to come,” said Stacey Quam, vice president of Kessel Kids Childcare Board of Directors.
Online gifts can be made to the Kessel Kids Childcare Endowment Fund at fund.cfneia.org/KesselKids. Gifts of cash, check and stock are also accepted through the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, the administrative office of the Howard County Community Foundation, at 3117 Greenhill Circle, Cedar Falls, IA, 50613.
Donations to endowed funds, like the Kessel Kids Childcare Endowment Fund, with a qualified community foundation are eligible for a 25% state tax credit on the total value of the gift through the Endow Iowa Tax Credit Program.
