Scholarship CriteriaOne-year scholarships for female graduates of Black Hawk County high schools who will be attending an accredited university, college junior college, or trade school within the state of Iowa, who have overcome an obstacle or hardship in their life, who have demonstrated financial need, and who demonstrate the abilities required to successfully complete the requirements of the institution chosen. Eligible applicants must have maintained at least a 3.0 GPA while in high school.
