Gifts to the Viking Recognition Endowment Fund with the Winneshiek County Community Foundation will support qualified nonprofit organizations serving to recognize and celebrate academic accomplishments of Decorah School District students and classroom excellence exhibited by Decorah School District teachers and paraprofessionals.
