As the Cedar Valley Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star No. 128 concludes over a century of service and merges with Cedar Falls Chapter No. 78, members have created the Cedar Valley Eastern Star Endowment Fund to ensure their legacy continues. This permanent endowment fund will provide ongoing support to address the greatest needs in Black Hawk County. By remaining flexible to meet changing community priorities, this fund ensures the chapter’s spirit of generosity and service will continue making a meaningful impact for years to come.
