Historical Vignettes -

By establishing a fund at the Community Foundation of Waterloo/Cedar Falls and Northeast Iowa, donors are leaving a legacy for the ongoing benefit of Northeast Iowa. We believe that the stories of the lives of the Foundation's donors and the historical narrative of nonprofit agencies/organizations, and movements for which funds are established, help to comprise the rich history of our communities. To this end, we strive to create Historical Vignettes on each of our established named funds.

Affiliate Communities -

Among our list of established funds, is a List of Affiliate Community Foundation s. These affiliate communities focus on raising the funds and recommending charitable uses for the income of their fund, while relying on the Community Foundation of Waterloo/Cedar Falls and Northeast Iowa to handle the administration, investment and the daily office tasks to maintain their foundation .
