Crescendo Planned Giving Software

The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa has Crescendo Planned Giving Software that allows the donor to see a proposal as a result of charitable giving. Complete with flow charts and text, these documents can be personalized to your client's specific needs. We would be happy to "run the numbers" for you and your client.

Community Foundation Realty Holdings

The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa has a separate corporation called the Community Foundation Realty Holdings, which has been established to accept gifts of real estate. The Community Foundation Realty Holdings provides a simple way for donors to reap the rewards of charitable donations while receiving the maximum tax incentives under law. The net proceeds of the real estate sale can then be used to establish a specific type of fund or income plan to benefit the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa or other charities.
