It is with great honor that I serve as this Community Foundation's President & CEO. Having been active in work and as a volunteer in the community for over 40 years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many of the good citizens of this area and the non-profits that work selflessly to assist charitable needs. I enjoy the opportunity to work with donors to meet their philanthropic intent and in ensuring that the dollars entrusted to the Community Foundation are wisely invested and spent. There is no greater job. I look forward to working with you.

As the Communications Director, I work to develop and carry out all marketing and communications, and assist with event preparation and donor relations. It is my job to help find outlets to the media and public so we can let people know about all of the wonderful things that happen at the Community Foundation and how they can make a difference in their own community.

As Director of Finance and Operations, it is my responsibility to ensure that the Community Foundation's practices and investments are in accordance with standards and guidelines set to insure our overall success. I also help to make sure that our funds are professionally invested and managed, and monitor investment performance while working closely with professional advisors and donors.

As Program Director, I first and foremost connect donors with the programs they choose to support. In addition, I organize and oversee the granting and scholarship processes for the Community Foundation and all of its geographic affiliates, ensuring donors' wishes are fulfilled while community needs are addressed. Community Foundation initiatives I work directly with include Leave a Legacy, Women In Philanthropy, Teen Trust, and Metro Funders.
Mindy Gress

As Director of Outreach, I am the primary contact for our 27 county and community affiliates. I also work to connect individuals, families, businesses, professional advisors, communities, and non-profit organizations to the most efficient and effective ways to reach charitable giving goals. With the assistance of staff and volunteers, we create, implement, and promote activities and possibilities that are all a part of leaving a legacy for our communities. Outreach seminars, educational opportunities, historical vignettes, and other donor services are all components of our overall outreach efforts working to connect people who care to the causes that matter most to them.
Ali Parrish

As Director of Development, I help individuals, families, businesses and nonprofits establish charitable funds, give to existing funds and create long-term plans for their philanthropic giving, which helps to increase the Community Foundation’s positive impact in the community. I also partner with professional advisors to help their clients realize their charitable goals and develop new giving opportunities for our fund holders, including donor education and family philanthropy planning.

As Administrative Assistant, I provide direct support to the President & CEO, Finance & Operations Director and staff as needed. I am the first contact for donors and Foundation partners, and assist with a variety of activities helping to fulfill and promote the mission and vision of the Community Foundation.

As Donor Services Assistant I provide assistance to the President and CEO and Development Director in the processing of gifts, tax credits and other areas involving donors. I also provide support to staff in various activities to fulfill and promote the mission and vision of the Community Foundation.
